I’ve been buying Spigen cases since the iPhone 6 series. The Liquid Air is almost mandatory at this point, it’s a thin, soft and comfortable case that strikes just the right balance of protection without adding too much bulk. All Spigen cases are well made and fit iPhone perfectly. When I saw the Classic C1 Magfit updated for the iPhone 15 range, I wondered if I’d get on all the well with it. Clearly it looks great and stands out. It does though add more bulk to my device than I’d normally be happy with, Not as much as something like the Otterbox Defender Series iPhone 15 Pro Max Case | Defender Series | OtterBox or Speck Presidio 2 Presidio2 Pro MagSafe with ClickLock iPhone 15 Pro Max Cases both well built premium cases in my opinion.
Design

I ordered the Graphite first, as soon as I removed it from the box I was impressed with the design which stands out even in a darker finish. The outer part of the case is translucent with a visible MagSafe ring featuring a see through section in the middle to show off that shiny Apple logo we all pay so much to for. You can only see the logo in certain lights.
Bondi Blue and Ruby are two of the best looking cases I’ve seen in person and I’ve seen a lot of cases, too many in fact. All three colours stand out with the Bondi Blue and Ruby unsurprisingly being brighter and pop that bit more. The Ruby is my personal favourite. As I mention in my video review there aren’t in my opinion enough red cases on the market, at least in the premium band made worse this year by Apple not releasing a Product Red iPhone or Case, maybe in the spring?
Build Quality
Build quality is exceptional, the C1 is a triple layer one piece case with the exception of the lower section which is removable to allow installation on your iPhone.

Underneath is a flexible and soft rubber material that makes installations easy. Inside the case are several soft XRD foam pads to add additional drop protection.

The case feels soft and smooth without feeling slippery. It goes in and out of pockets easily without collecting dust or pocket lint. I’m not going to drop my iPhone on purpose to test the level of protection, Spigen advertise it as military grade shock proof. When fitted the case feels excellent, the edges are raised slightly to give a lay on the table protection to the screen and the camera is protected by a robust and familiar looking plastic ring. The edges don’t flex much when fitted which only adds to the quality feel and confidence the C1 gives that it will protect our shiny slabs of glass and titanium. Spigen say it is meticulously moulded with precise cutouts. They aren’t kidding, the Classic C1 fits my iPhone like it was made by Apple. I’m unsure how Spigen are able to get cases this well made that fit this well to market so soon after launch but I’m pleased they are.

The C1 is a very good case that oozes quality and fit with a good level of protection without sacrificing the user experience. At £33 on Amazon I can’t recommend this case enough. 10/10
